The Bookface Challenge is a social media phenomenon where people from all over the world submit their photographs. The Challenge is to find a book cover containing a face, part of a face or body part and strategically align it in front of a person so it appears that the book cover merges into one with the subject.
Many library and bookshop staff take part and also encourage their visitors to look through their books so they can create a suitable photo to submit. Here are a number of photographs that we think have best fulfilled the challenge’s criteria.
